CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested Deon McDonald, 19, in a homicide that occurred Thursday night at the Rosecroft apartment complex in east Charlotte.
He will be facing murder charges pending completion of an interview with McDonald, according to police.
