CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A prime property along the light-rail line in NoDa is under new ownership and slated for redevelopment.
Third & Urban out of Atlanta, which is just wrapping up its first Charlotte project on the west side of town, has purchased 12.2 acres near the Lynx Blue Line’s Sugar Creek Station, according to a press release.
