Pub displaced from South End finds new home in Elizabeth

CHARLOTTE — Big Ben is headed to Elizabeth. The British restaurant and pub has signed a long-term lease for the former Carpe Diem space at 1535 Elizabeth Ave.

It expects to open in the nearly 5,000-square-foot space in late April or early May, says owner Neel Gandhi.
