CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Publix Super Markets Inc. has snagged space for a SouthPark store.
The Lakeland, Florida-based grocer says it has signed a lease for 68,000 square feet as part of The Colony redevelopment.

The Colony project sits on a 27-acre parcel at Sharon and Colony roads.
“SouthPark is a vibrant community that continues to experience growth and so we saw an opportunity to serve more customers while being part of an exciting retail development,” says Kim Reynolds, Publix media and community relations manager.
