CORNELIUS, N.C. — Royal Bliss Brewing Co. is eyeing a second location.
Owner Larry Griffin plans to submit a conditional rezoning application to the town of Cornelius next week for an 11,400-square-foot brewery and restaurant. It would be located on a 2.9-acre parcel off Harbor View Drive. Griffin Bros. Acquisitions LLC purchased that property for $126,000 in March 2021.
“It’s not a done deal until we get through the rezoning,” Griffin says.
