CHARLOTTE — Ruby Sunshine’s second location in the local market is on track to open this summer in south Charlotte.
The New Orleans-based breakfast and brunch concept is adding a roughly 4,700-square-foot location at 12330 Johnston Road, in the Toringdon Circle Shopping Center. That space was previously home to Cantina 1511.
Ruby Sunshine dishes up breakfast all day with Big Easy-inspired twists on Southern brunch classics and cocktails.
