ANSON COUNTY, N.C. — Law enforcement in Anson County arrested a man and are looking for another man accused of firing shots inside a club, hitting three people.
Frank Hall was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after the shooting inside The Boom-Boom Room at about 2: 45 a.m. Saturday.
Hall and Oscar Willoughby Jr. were arguing before they started shooting at each other, authorities said.
A woman seven months pregnant was shot in the back, another woman was shot in the face and a man was shot in the chest. A fourth victim was also injured.
All of the victims are in ICU at the hospital.
Police issued arrest warrants for Willoughby.
