LENOIR, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 74-year-old Lenoir man.

Dwight Laughter, 74, who is believed to be suffering from dementia, was last seen leaving a home on Hickory Boulevard in Lenoir.
Laughter is described as having gray hair and green eyes and stands 6 feet,1inch, weighing 211 pounds.
He was last seen driving a white 2016 Toyota Prius with North Carolina license plate number bmf7862 and may be headed to Bryan County, Georgia.
Anyone with information about Laughter should call the Lenoir Police Department at 828-757-2100.
