Students at Chesterfield High School were dismissed early Tuesday after a non-student brought a gun on campus, officials said.

The sheriff’s office said one adult and two juveniles were arrested. They said the firearms were inside a car at the high school, but the guns were not taken inside. The investigation is ongoing.
“As always, the safety of our students and staff is our utmost concern and will continue to be so,” school officials said.
