CHARLOTTE — An active homebuilder in Charlotte has opened its first townhome project here.
Toll Brothers recently announced the grand opening of Tremont Station, which includes 103 new townhomes off Tremont Avenue in South End. Pricing for the townhomes will start in the mid-$500,000s.
