CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Carolina Panthers star quarterback Cam Newton is putting his uptown condominium in The Trust building up for sale.

The condo, priced at $2.9 million, will be hitting the market in the next week or two. The listing broker is Shane McDevitt of The McDevitt Agency.

The 3,335-square-foot, luxury condo has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s also a 315-square-foot enclosed balcony. Upgrades include a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances as well as a Crestron home automation system, according to its listing.

Recent renovations to the unit include new paint and work on updating the lighting and the bathrooms, among others, McDevitt said.
