CONCORD, N.C. — The end of a road rage incident Thursday on I-85 near Concord Mills was caught on video.

"At first, I was scared because I thought, 'Oh my gosh, we are all going to wreck here,'" Andrea Simpson said.
In the video at the top of this web page, Simpson describes the dangerous exchange between the two vehicles that she witnessed.
