BLUE EYE, Mo. — Funeral services are taking place Monday for the late televangelist Jim Bakker, who died last week at the age of 86.
Bakker and his first wife, Tammy Faye, lived in Charlotte and made millions through their TV ministry Praise the Lord, or PTL.
His funeral will be held in Blue Eye, Missouri. There’s a viewing early Monday, followed by the service at 2 p.m. Eastern time.
