What to expect from this new restaurant, cocktail bar in South End

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Lincoln Street Kitchen & Cocktails opens for dinner service in South End on Friday.

Dan and Alyson Davis own that venture at 1320 S. Church St. as well as sister concept Craft Tasting Room & Growler Shop. The locations are connected by a pass-through door.

“It was just a great synergy for us,” said Alyson Davis.

The couple has wanted to open a cocktail bar for a while now, she said. Timing and location made it a perfect fit.

“We really don’t have a relaxed restaurant in the neighborhood,” Alyson Davis said. “The neighborhood really needs it.”
