CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said a woman was shot Sunday at 4 a.m. in west Charlotte.
Police said she was shot in the chest in the parking lot of the Baymont Inn and Suites on Scott Futrell Drive.
The woman has life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Investigators believe the shooting victim was a patron at nearby club called Cameo.
Police do not have any suspects yet.
