- It’s a cooler start to our Sunday, though the humidity is sticking around for today!
- It won’t be nearly as hot this afternoon, with high temperatures in the upper 80s to near 90.
- Conditions are quiet for the first half of the day, perfect for runners at Around the Crown!
- We do have another threat for storms this afternoon, with scattered activity developing after 2 p.m.
- There is the potential for these storms to be strong to severe, especially around and south and west of the metro area.
- Biggest threats are damaging wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rain.
- We could see a stray shower linger into Labor Day, but plenty of dry time tomorrow too!
- Labor Day will be the coolest day of the week, with highs in the low to mid-80s.
