- The top weather story is one more hot afternoon before showers and storms move in for the weekend.
- Temperatures will climb near 90 degrees Friday, with humidity making it feel like the 90s through the afternoon.
- A cold front moving from the Upper Midwest toward the Carolinas will bring some much-needed rain to the area.
- A few showers could arrive before the main event gets going Saturday afternoon. Showers and storms will continue on and off through the day Sunday.
- There could still be a few showers around Sunday night, including around kickoff.
