Rock legend Elton John has added dates to his sold-out “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, including a stop in Charlotte next fall.
The show is scheduled for Nov. 6, 2019, at Spectrum Center.
The tour kicked off in early September and is said to give fans a rare glimpse into John’s life and the deeply personal meaning behind some of his greatest hits with never-before-seen photos and videos from his incredible 50-year career shown throughout the concert.
Tickets for the Charlotte performance go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com, the Spectrum Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, or by phone at 800-745-3000. Tickets and VIP packages can be purchased at eltonjohn.com.
The tour will be in Raleigh at PNC Arena on March 12, 2019, and the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia on March 13, 2019. Tickets for those shows are already sold out.
