CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Emergency crews responded to a fire Thursday morning at a restaurant in northeast Charlotte, near the campus of UNC Charlotte.
The Charlotte Fire Department tweeted they were fighting a working fire at a commercial building on University Executive Park Drive, near North Tryon Street and WT Harris Boulevard.
Structure Fire: 8600blk University Executive Park Dr. Battalion 2 on scene with a working fire in a commercial building.

Chopper 9 Skyzoom flew over the China Buffet and could see several firefighters on the roof, extinguishing the flames.

No injuries were reported but it was unclear what started the fire, which was brought under control in about 10 minutes.
