15-year-old girl charged with DWI

MONROE, N.C.,None — A 15-year-old girl has been charged with driving while intoxicated.

Monroe police stopped the teen just after 4:30 a.m. Sunday on East Franklin Street.

Authorities took her home to her mother, and Juvenile Services is now investigating.
