CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A home in Charlotte’s Foxcroft neighborhood sold for just shy of $3 million in early April, making it the most expensive residential sale in Mecklenburg County that month.
The 6,450-square-foot home on Abingdon Road has five bedrooms and five full- and two half-bathrooms, according to county property records. The 0.74-acre property last sold for $870,000 in December 2014 — near the same time the home was built.
Last month’s top 10 home sales ranged in price from about $1.75 million to almost $3 million and span several of Charlotte’s most affluent neighborhoods.
