BURKE COUNTY, N.C. — A 37-year-old man accused of sexual misconduct with a 5-year-old was arrested in Burke County on Friday, deputies said.
Jim Ping Hung was charged with felony indecent liberties with a child.
Deputies got a report about the misconduct on Sept. 17 from the Department of Health and Human Services-Child Protective Services.
Hung is being held at the Burke County Jail with bail set at $25,000. His first court date is set for Monday.
No other details have been released at this point. This is an ongoing investigation.
