LANCASTER, S.C. — A 56-year-old man who was reported missing has been found safe, according to the Lancaster Police Department
Police said Jeffrey Lowell Phillips was last seen around 3 p.m. Sunday on Clinton Avenue.
Shortly after 7 p.m., police announced that Phillips had been located.
