Another local brewery has major expansion plans on tap

CHARLOTTE — Another one of Charlotte’s oldest breweries is expanding again. NoDa Brewing Co. reportedly plans to add 16,000 square feet in a $4 million expansion at its flagship location on North Tryon Street.

NoDa is already one of the region’s biggest producers of craft beer, brewing more than 15,000 barrels in 2020. It joins other established players in the market in that have major expansions underway or recently completed, including Legion Brewing and The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.
