Authorities investigating after body found in Chester County

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities are investigating after a body was found Wednesday morning in Chester County.

The body was found near Howe Road and Cameron Road in the Lowrys area of the county.

Deputies have not identified the body, but said they are teaming up with the York County Sheriff’s Office, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and the Coroner’s Office for the investigation.

No additional information has been released.
