ALBEMARLE, N.C. — Police arrested a man Friday morning who is accused of an armed robbery at Charlie's Grocery and Produce on Highway 138 in Albemarle.
Robert Gallimore III was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and resisting an officer, among other charges.
The store owner said he used a knife to demand money and then fled.
He's also accused of leading police on a high-speed chase before he was arrested.
