SOUTH CAROLINA — TD Bank said it plans to help federal workers furloughed in the government shutdown pay their bills.
The bank started a new program called TD Cares that forgives late fees on credit cards and gives account holders an extra thousand dollars to cover expenses.
It will start Oct. 10 and run through Nov. 2.
The bank has several locations in York County.
