Biscuitville cooks up plans for next restaurants here

CHARLOTTE — A North Carolina-born breakfast and lunch eatery — and competitor to Charlotte’s own Bojangles — is continuing its march into the region with two locations opening next month.

The Gaston Gazette reports Biscuitville Fresh Southern will open restaurants in Kings Mountain and Lincolnton in March.

The company has several locations in the greater Charlotte market already, including one in Concord that opened about a year ago. Biscuitville executive Blake Jennings told CBJ at the time that he expects the brand to continue growing here.
