INDIAN TRAIL — Firefighters responded to a fire call on North Rocky River Road in Indian Trail Sunday.
Flames were through the roof of Peddler's Marketplace when firefighters arrived on the scene.
The business is a trinket and antique store. According to a fire official, many of the building's contents fueled the fire.
The business is a total loss. No injuries were reported; everyone inside the building at the time of the fire self-evacuated.
A nearby church had to evacuate their building during the fire, a member told Channel 9.
There was no damage to the adjoining businesses.
Officials do not know what caused the fire.
