CHARLOTTE — CATS plans to reduce the Blue Line to a single track to support construction of the future South End Station.
The change will affect service at the New Bern, East/West, and Bland Street stations.
Riders should expect possible delays during the single‑tracking period, which is scheduled to run from April 19 through April 24.
