CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the driveway of a south Charlotte business Wednesday morning.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police were called to Doggett Concrete Construction, off South Boulevard near Westinghouse Boulevard, around 6:30 a.m. after a body was found in the driveway.

According to a police source, the man died in an accidental fall and foul play is not suspected.
Channel 9 anchor Blaine Tolison was the first local reporter on the scene and could see a heavy police presence as well as workers who had gathered at the business.
It's unclear how the man fell or from how high. His name has not been released.
