CHARLOTTE — A 61-year-old man who was reported missing has been found safe, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Saturday morning, police said Effart Effart was last seen leaving a Novant Health hospital on Hawthorne Lane near Uptown on foot.
Just before 7:30 p.m., police announced that Effart had been located and safely returned to his family.
