CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte school's PTA account is $4,000 short.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg School officials said someone withdrew money from a bank account without approval.
The J.H. Gunn Elementary School PTA board found the discrepancies in its bank statement.
No one has been arrested.
