Concord fire destroys car, damages house

KANNAPOLIS — The Concord Fire Department is investigating a fire that damaged a car and a house early Saturday morning.
 
Officials said a vehicle was fully involved when crews arrived at the 500 block of Faith Drive around 9:30 a.m.
 
The fire was contained in less than 10 minutes, but the car was a total loss and there was about $10,000 damage to the home.
 
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
