Construction begins for Mill One, a mixed-use development in Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Construction has begun for a mixed-use project in Mooresville that is expected to be complete within 12 months.

Mill One, a mixed-use development by MV2 Investments, began vertical construction last week upon completing site work. The project will include 90 apartments and 33,000 square feet of commercial space at 201 N. Church St. in downtown Mooresville, near Liberty Park.

The total investment for the project will be $23 million, according to a spokesperson for MV2.
