• Cornelius man arrested in connection with car break-ins

    Updated:

DAVIDSON, N.C. - A Cornelius man is sitting in the Mecklenburg County jail Saturday after police said they connected him to a string of car and home break-ins in Davidson.

Marcus Holloway, 27, was arrested earlier in the week.

In October, about 25 cars and some homes were broken into in neighborhoods in Davidson.

Police relied on a surveillance video which shows the robber unloading items from a stolen car.
