RICHMOND COUNTY, N.C. — A death investigation is underway in East Rockingham after Frederick Warren Loftis was found unresponsive on Hannah Pickett Avenue near Safie Sixth Street.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is assisting with the investigation, which is active and ongoing.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
