HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. — A 3-month-old girl has been found and is safe after she was reported missing Wednesday.
An Amber Alert was issued for a North Carolina infant who police say was abducted in Haywood County.
Police were looking for Heather Cochran and Rex Cochran Jr. Authorities said they're the parents of Cali Cochran, and took off with her after a judge issued an emergency custody order.
The couple is wanted in North Dakota.
Officers from the Fletcher Police Department and deputies from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office located the suspects in the basement of a home in the 400 block of Coffee Lane in Fletcher, North Carolina.
