ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A man already facing charges for making meth was caught with the materials again, deputies said.
Rowan County deputies arrested Richard Jones for assault earlier this week.
They obtained a search warrant and found evidence he was both using and making meth.
In April of last year, officers found a meth lab in his house and his car.
