Deputies: Wanted man known to carry a Taser, pepper spray

ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — Deputies sent an email asking for help finding a man accused of breaking into a woman's home and assaulting her.

His name is Charles Watts.

Investigators said he broke into a home near Rockingham on Tuesday night and attacked a woman inside.

They said Watts is known to carry a Taser and pepper spray, so if you see him, call police
