DAVIDSON, N.C. — An equestrian estate spanning about 58 acres in an outlying area of Davidson is for sale at $4.15 million. On the market for eight months, it marks the most expensive residential listing there.

The rural, private and gated estate at 10600 Archer Road includes a main home built in 1998 with nearly 8,400 square feet, four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, according to its listing.
