PINEVILLE, N.C. — The COVID-19 outbreak has wreaked havoc on business for Pineville-based Studio Displays Inc. over the last year.

The family-run company produces trade show displays, museum exhibits and corporate interiors. It has not done work for a trade show since March 2020, said Lori Pope Rosso, president and chief operating officer. But, Studio Displays has found ways to pivot throughout the last year to stay afloat.

Now, the company is expanding its workforce and capacity with an upcoming move to Indian Land, South Carolina.

Studio Displays will create 15 new jobs, documents say, in addition to bringing its 28 existing jobs to Lancaster County. The project was approved for county incentives in January.
