CHARLOTTE — Federal court records show prosecutors are seeking Decarlos Brown’s medical records as part of their case.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office asked for the motion to remain sealed because it discusses Brown’s competency and medical history.
It also references a competency report that has not yet been made public.
A federal judge has approved the request.
