CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A grand jury indicted a man accused of having child pornography in Mecklenburg County.
Some of the pornography Walter Boals had showed children under the age of 12, according to the indictment.
It does not say where Boals lives in Mecklenburg County or if the crimes involve any local children.
