HICKORY, N.C. — Hickory police are investigating an armed robbery at the Kangaroo Express at 2853 N. Center St. at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
An employee called police and said the store was robbed by a white female who was about 50 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes and an aviator-style winter hat under the hood of the sweatshirt.
