Huntersville police welcome new K-9, Echo

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A new face has been introduced on the Huntersville Police force. That face is K-9 Echo.

Echo and his partner, Officer Timothy Noon, started training earlier this summer.

According to the department, Echo has already made an impact on the community.

He has been used to sniff out illegal narcotics.
