They announced the Cam Newton Foundation, and with support from Universal Pictures donated $7,500 for a full weight room refurbish, according to a news release from a public relations firm.
Ice Cube and Hart will be in the upcoming movie "Ride Along 2."
Newton's first stop was at Metro School where he surprised children with deserts. In his second stop, Newton gave $200 gift cards to dozens of children for shopping sprees at Dick's Sporting Goods.
Newton and his teammates made a final stop at the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille and surprised The Roaring Riot Panthers fan club and posed for photos and signed autographs.
