Inside developer’s plans for first local all-rental townhouse project

PINEVILLE, N.C. — Charlotte apartment developer Northwood Ravin will build its first local rental townhouse project in Pineville.

Northwood acquired 11.6 acres at 14624 Lancaster Highway last year and plans to break ground on 108 two- and three-story townhouses by early February.

Units will begin delivering in about a year, with the project expected to be finished at the end of 2021.
