The tracks are at Starita Road at North Graham Street in north Charlotte.
The ground the tracks sit on is uneven, which gives some truck drivers problems getting over the hump.
Micah Connor was a truck driver for more than 10 years and now teaches new drivers.
Connor said getting stuck on tracks is a common mistake for truck drivers hauling loads.
“Some drivers got to do trip planning, know what you’re hauling,” Connor said.
Connor said drivers should be aware, especially when train tracks are involved.
“When you’re driving these big machines, it’s all about trip planning,” Connor said.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation hasn’t gotten back to Channel 9 about the problems on the tracks off North Graham Street.
