LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators are looking into what may have caused a fire at the Lincoln County Department of Social Services building.
According to officials, the fire caused $15,000 to $20,000 in damage.
Police said the arsonist is likely the same person who set his carts on fire last year.
